PRIVACY POLICY
Informative reports: ex D. Lgs. 196/2003 and SS. MM. and regulation EU 679/2016
Pursuant to and for the effects of the combined provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code on the protection of Personal data) and ss. mm. and of the European regulation 679/2016 (general rules on the processing of personal data) we inform you that the association will treat your personal data, indicated on the registration form for the following contractual purposes: unwinding of institutional activity, management of the membership relationships, fulfilment of statutory obligations and sending of social communications.
The name, date of birth, address, telephone and email account and fiscal code is necessary for the management of the associative relationship and for the fulfilment of the statutory obligations.
The conferral of other data for the sending of communications with additional purposes is optional and consequently subject to any further specific consent. The owner of the personal data
processing is the legal representative of the Association and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The data processing will be carried out, by the persons entrusted by the Association, in paper form and by electronic means, with the adoption of all the modalities and safety measures provided by the law suitable to guarantee the safety, the protection and the confidentiality of data.
The period of data retention, without prejudice to statutory obligations (e.g. tax, anti-money laundering), shall be fixed within 5 years of collection.
Pursuant to articles 15 and SS., European regulation 679/2016, the parties concerned have the right: to withdraw their consent to treatment, obtain confirmation of the existence of data and the indication of the subjects to which the data have been transferred, get updating rectification data integration, obtain an indication of the period of treatment and preservation, request cancellation, propose complaint to the guarantor of Privacy, require recognition of the right to oblivion and portability. The data will neither be communicated to third parties or distributed, if not in the cases provided
by the informative and/or the law and, however, with the modalities permitted by the law.
